Kevin Pierre is Of Counsel at Charles Injury Law, representing injured individuals and families throughout South Florida in automobile accident and negligence-based injury cases. He is committed to holding negligent parties and insurance companies accountable while pursuing maximum compensation for his clients.
Kevin focuses his practice on personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and pedestrian accidents, premises liability, slip and fall claims, property damage disputes, and personal injury protection (PIP) cases. He brings a strategic, client-centered approach to every case and has experience negotiating high-value claims, engaging in global settlement conferences, and representing clients in court.
Born in North Miami Beach, Florida, Kevin has strong ties to the South Florida community. He graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology and went on to earn his Master’s degree in Criminology from Florida State University in one year.
Kevin earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where he was an active member of the Black Law Students Association and served as Historian. Throughout his legal career, he has worked closely with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts to advance cases efficiently and effectively.
Kevin has also served on the Board of Directors of the Haitian Lawyers Association and remains committed to community involvement and pro bono service across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
Joan Aquino is an experienced and dedicated paralegal with a strong background in legal research, document preparation, and case management. With over 6 years of experience in the legal field, Joan has worked across a variety of law practice areas.
Joan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Paralegal Studies from Broward
College where she gained a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and developed a keen attention to detail. Her exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously make her an invaluable asset to the team.
In her role, Joan specializes in drafting legal documents, conducting in-depth research, and liaising with clients to ensure a seamless legal process. Her commitment to excellence and her approachable demeanor have earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
Paris earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Barry University before transitioning into the legal field after a life-changing experience. In 2005, she was involved in a car accident and personally faced the challenges of navigating the insurance claims process. That experience inspired her to pursue a career helping others through similar situations.
After completing a Paralegal Program, she spent over 15 years working in personal injury law, focusing on legal research, case management, and client advocacy. As a Case Manager, she works closely with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies to ensure each case moves forward efficiently and with careful attention to detail.
Having experienced first-hand the confusion and stress that follow an accident, she is committed to providing compassionate support and clear communication throughout the legal process.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and staying informed on current events.
Mr. Ralph Mandapiton is a licensed professional teacher, holding a Bachelor of Elementary Education from FIU. His background in education has given him a strong foundation in communication, organization, and cross-cultural understanding, having worked with individuals across Asia and Europe.
In addition to his teaching experience, Ralph has a background in sales, where he developed strong client relations, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. His results-driven mindset and ability to communicate clearly allow him to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
For the past two years, Ralph has served as an intake specialist working as a pre-litigation assistant and intake specialist for Charles Injury Law. He manages client communications, conducts detailed case intakes, and provides administrative support to ensure cases move forward efficiently.
